Oppo has officially announced a price hike for Oppo A5 just days ahead of its successor Oppo A6 launch. The new prices are effective from today November 29, 2025. According to a price adjustment notice shared by the company to all dealers, Oppo A5 all variants have received upward price revisions of up to Rs. 2,000. The Oppo A5 (6GB+128GB) has increased from Rs. 40,999 to Rs. 42,999, marking a Rs. 2000 rise in price. On the other hand, Oppo A5 (8GB+128GB) current price is now Rs. 49,999, which was retailing at Rs. 47,999 before the price hike. Meanwhile, the Oppo A5 (8GB+256GB) is now priced at Rs. 54,999, up from Rs. 52,999.

The Oppo A5 2025 has reliable performance and features for their segments. Talking about the smartphone itself, it comes with a 6000mAh large battery with 45W fast charging and has a 50MP dual rear camera and 5MP selfie camera that takes reliable photos in this budget. Oppo A5 2025 features a 6.67 inch (90Hz) IPS LCD display with 720 x 1604 pixels resolution.
Under the hood, the Oppo A5 is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 (11nm) chipset paired with Octa Core CPU and Adreno 610 GPU, and runs on Android 15 layered with ColorOS 15.
