Honor has created new competition in the smartphone market with the launch of the Power2. The phone is getting attention for offering very strong performance while still being surprisingly slim at around 8mm. The Honor Power 2 is grabbing attention for its exceptional battery performance, making it one of the few smartphones in the world to feature a capacity exceeding 10,000mAh. Impressively, this massive power fits into a slim body under 8mm thick. Honor claims the phone can last up to 20 hours on mixed usage, with video playback reaching around 26 hours and gaming up to 14 hours on a single charge. The device comes with an 80W fast charger for quick power-ups, though it does not support wireless charging.

The Honor Power 2 features a 6.79 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,200 x 2,640 pixels, supporting up to a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, HDR content, and 1.07 billion colors for vibrant visuals. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite chipset, paired with Octacore CPU delivering a peak clock speed of 3.4GHz with a setup of one prime core, three performance cores, and four efficiency cores. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G720 MC8 GPU.

The Honor Power2 has officially launched in China and is now available for purchase. It comes in three colors: Midnight Black, Sunrise Orange (inspired by the iPhone 17 Pro), and Snowfield White. The base 12GB/256GB storage model is priced at CNY 2,699 (~$385), while the 12GB/512GB storage variant costs CNY 2,999 (~$428).

The Honor Power2 is expected to launch in the global market soon, with a possible release in Pakistan later, though the company has not confirmed it yet. The 12GB+256GB model may cost around Rs. 113,499/-, while the 12GB+512GB version is expected to be priced at Rs. 127,599/-.
