vivo has expanded its Y-series smartphone range with the launch of the new Y600i in China. The new model focuses on battery endurance and durability, but also brings a high refresh rate screen and 5G connectivity. It’s part of vivo’s growing Y-series and is pitched as an affordable option focused on long battery life and everyday use.

The vivo Y600i features a 6.87-inch LCD display with a 1592 x 720 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset with an Octa-core CPU and comes with 6GB RAM, paired with 128GB or 256GB storage. It runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and supports storage expansion through a memory card. The phone also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The vivo Y600i packs a large 8,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging and wired reverse charging. For photography, it has a 50MP rear camera with autofocus and an 8MP front camera. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 5G, USB Type-C and Bluetooth 5.1, while a side-mounted fingerprint sensor handles biometric security.
vivo Y600i Price, Variants & Availability
The phone is available in Midnight Black, Sky Blue and Stardust. The Vivo Y600i launched in China on 25th September 2026 in two variants. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at CNY 1,699 (~PKR 70,000), while the 6GB + 256GB model costs CNY 1,999 (~PKR 82,000) exclusive of PTA taxes and custom duties in Pakistan. The phone is scheduled to go on sale in China from 30th September.
The vivo Y600i is currently available only in China, with no official word on its pricing or availability in Pakistan or other international markets. vivo may announce availability in additional markets at a later date.
