Realme has launched its most anticipated 16 pro series comprising of Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro Plus. Continuing the brand’s focus on premium design, display, and cameras, the latest models feature an updated look with a stronger emphasis on camera performance. Realme 16 Pro Series Specs & Features
The Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ feature AMOLED displays, offering both flat and curved panel options. Both phones support a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.07 billion colors, and a 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The Realme 16 Pro features a 6.78 inch flat screen, while the Pro+ model has a slightly larger 6.8 inch curved display. In terms of brightness, the Pro+ reaches up to 6,500 nits, while the Pro peaks at 1,800 nits, with DCI-P3 color gamut support available across display modes.
The Realme 16 Pro is equipped with a 200MP Samsung HP5 primary camera with optical image stabilization, supported by an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The Realme 16 Pro+ builds on this setup by adding a 50MP periscope telephoto camera offering 3.5x optical zoom, while retaining the 200MP OIS main sensor and the 8MP ultra-wide camera. Both smartphones also feature a 50MP front camera capable of 4K video recording.
The Realme 16 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max chipset, while the Realme 16 Pro+ is equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. Both chipsets are based on an advanced 4nm manufacturing process. The Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ pack a 7,000mAh battery and support 80W fast charging.
Additional features on the Realme 16 Pro series include an in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared remote, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, wide 5G band support, and IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance. On the software side, the smartphones run Android 16 out of the box with Realme UI 7. Realme has confirmed that both models will receive three years of Android OS upgrades and four years of security updates.

The Realme 16 Pro series has officially launched in India on 6th January, with pre-orders beginning on January 8. Both models are now available through online and offline retail channels, and launch offers are expected from select banks and platforms.

The Realme 16 Pro is available in three colors: Pebble Grey, Orchid Purple Master Gold and comes in three variants, with prices set at ₹31,999 (~PKR 167,999) for the 8GB+128GB model, ₹33,999 (~PKR 174,999) for the 8GB+256GB version, and ₹36,999 (~PKR 181,999) for the 12GB+256GB.
Realme 16 Pro Plus
The Realme 16 Pro Plus is also available in three colors: Pebble Grey, Camellia Pink (India-exclusive), Master Gold and comes in two variants: 8GB+256GB priced at ₹41,999 and 12GB+512GB priced at ₹44,999. Realme 16 Pro+ may launch soon in Pakistan with price starting at around PKR 209,999.
