Jazz Balance Code
To check Jazz balance via code, open your dialer and enter Jazz balance code *111# on your mobile phone. This code applies to all Jazz Prepaid customers. Jazz will charge Rs: 0.25 tax for checking the balance.
Simosa App
To check Jazz balance free of cost via the Jazz app. Download and install the Simosa app available on the Google Play Store/ Apple App Store. Login account by entering your number as you can see the balance is mentioned at the top left corner.
Jazz Care Whatsapp
To check your balance free of cost using Jazz Care on WhatsApp, open the WhatsApp app and search for Jazz. Once you find the official Jazz account, send the message Hi to start the conversation. The chatbot will respond with options. Select ‘Account Details,’ then tap on the menu icon, and finally choose ‘Balance & Usage Details’ to view your balance.
